The error you are getting means you already have an NHS account set up with the email address you are trying to use.
Please note that you can only have one account connected to your record at any time therefore any new accounts you may have created will not work.
You can delete any new accounts you may have created using the below link:
https://settings.login.nhs.uk/delete-nhs-login
To change the email address on your existing account, you will need to log in to the below link with your original email address and password following completion of the above:
https://account.login.nhs.uk/#/manage-nhs-login/
Then go to 'Login Details' > 'Change email address'.
Once you have completed the above, you will be able to use your new email address to log into your account. Please contact us if you encounter any issues doing so.
