Pharmacies are able to update their available time slots on the National Booking Service which are then sent to our servers. If a time slot is available, it will be visible to patients when they are trying to book their vaccine.
It is the responsibility of the pharmacy to manage and update their own timeslot availability which will then feed through to our servers. In this case, the pharmacy would have been responsible for updating that the vaccinator would not have present during one of their available timeslots - as we did not receive an update, the timeslot was still showing as available for that slot.
We hope this helps to clarify the situation and that the pharmacy is able to reach a suitable outcome for you.
