When you log in to the NHS App, you will receive a security code in a text message. To change the mobile phone number you use to receive this security code, in the NHS App:
- Select the person icon at the top of the screen. If you are accessing NHS App services through a web browser this is labelled Account.
- Select Contact and login details.
- Select Login and security settings.
- Scroll to the "Two-step verification" heading and select the option to change your mobile or landline phone number.
