You can remove a passkey in Login and security settings
If you are using the NHS App:
- Select the person icon at the top of the screen. If you are accessing NHS App services in a web browser, this is labelled Account.
- Select Contact and login details.
- Select Login and security settings.
- Select Passkeys.
- Select Remove for the passkey that you want to remove.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the passkey.
This will remove the passkey from your account. It can no longer be used for logging in.
Next time you log in on that device, you may see a message asking if you want to use your
passkey. To stop getting this message you will also need to remove the passkey from your
device settings.
