To change the password on an account you can select 'Reset your password' on the log in screen.
An email will be sent to your inbox immediately and will be valid for 1 hour at which point it will expire and you will need to request a new one
Follow the email link and you will be able to enter your new password
If you cannot access the email inbox you may need to follow steps to recover your email password first.
If you are still unable to access the account, please contact us again stating that you have no access and you need to change the email address on the account.
