You can be logged into your NHS account on multiple devices.
For security reasons, you will be logged out automatically if you do not do anything in the NHS Account for 10 minutes. You will get a prompt after 9 minutes to warn you that you're about to be logged out.
You can use someone else's phone or tablet to set up your NHS login. But you'll need access to the phone number you provide, as we may occasionally send security codes via SMS even if 'Remember my device' is selected (for example, if you have not used the service for a long time or the device becomes unrecognised due to a major update).
