The message you are experiencing means that Patient Online services for you, within your practice’s clinical system, are disabled. This is not a specific setting to the NHS account. If your surgery supports online services then the NHS account is one of them. Your GP surgery would need to enable these services for you within their clinical system. Since these settings are system specific, we cannot offer any guidance and recommend your practice raise this with their system supplier.
