Why this happens
This means we have temporarily lost connection with your GP practice. This can be for maintenance or occasionally can be caused by a temporary fault. It is usually short lived.
We aim to bring the service back up within a short period of time.
What to do
- close the NHS App
- wait for at least 30 minutes
- re-open the NHS App
- log in again and see if the problem is fixed
If this doesn't work
Wait and try again later.
Our internal systems will have notified us of the error. We will be looking into it.
