Switching profiles in your NHS account to act on behalf of another person, such as a child or dependant, is available with GP surgeries that use either the TPP (SystmOnline) or EMIS (Patient Access) systems. Also, the person you act on behalf of must be registered at the same surgery as yourself.
Access is controlled by the GP surgery. You can ask them to register you for proxy access. They will guide you through registration.
Once they turn on proxy access, you'll see 'Linked profiles' on your NHS account homepage.
