The NHS App only allows you to nominate a pharmacy and send prescription requests to your GP surgery.
The process of delivering the medication (either to the pharmacy or your home) is then arranged between the GP surgery and/or pharmacy themselves.
You can check your current nominated pharmacy in the NHS App: Go to Prescriptions, then select Your nominated pharmacy.
To check the current arrangements for dispensing and delivering your medication, please contact the nominated pharmacy displayed here.
Alternatively, if no nominated pharmacy is shown, please contact your GP surgery directly.
If your GP surgery supports messaging, you may be able to contact the surgery in the NHS App instead of calling.
Go to: Messages, if available select GP surgery messages, then Send a message.
