The NHS App is available for Android and iOS mobile devices only. When designing the NHS App, we chose the most popular mobile operating systems used by the highest percentage of people. These are Android and iOS. Unfortunately, Windows Phone makes up only 0.13% of the market share for mobile operating systems (March 2020 - https://www.statista.com/statistics/271255/windows-phone-market-share-in-the-united-kingdom-uk/).
Although it's not feasible for us to create a Windows Phone version, there is a version of the NHS account (accessed via NHS.UK ). This means you will be able to use the app's features on a desktop computer or laptop.
To use this, you'll first need to set up an NHS login using a smartphone or tablet.
When you have set up an NHS login, you can access all of the app's services at the following link:

If you use this service, please send us any feedback so that we can refine the website over time.
