Following a positive polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test, the result will display in the digital NHS
COVID Pass for 180 days. It is valid following completion of the self-isolation period (currently 10
days after the test was taken).
All international travellers should confirm that Proof of Recovery is an acceptable entry requirement
for their intended destination country using the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office travel
advice website - see https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.
The programme is currently developing the capability to integrate negative test results into
the NHS COVID Pass service for international travel.
