Error code 3F error means your GP Practice does not currently support the NHS account.
- If you have recently moved to a GP surgery in England from a Welsh/Scottish/Northen Island or Military GP Practice and you have been presented with a 3F error code. (1) below
- You are registered to an armed forces GP Practice (Army, Navy and Air Force) (2) below
- If your GP Practice is located outside of England (3) below
(1) If you have recently moved to a GP surgery in England from a Welsh/Scottish/Northen Island or Military GP Practice and you have been presented with a 3F error code.
Please attempt to login to your NHS account again, this should clear the 3F error and update your current GP Practice details and allow you to access your NHS Account and GP services.
(2) you are registered to an armed forces GP Practice (Army, Navy and Air Force) - Please see (2) below
Armed forces personnel cannot use the NHS App.
To obtain your vaccination details you can visit the 'My Healthcare Hub' on the Defence Gateway.
The gateway will require your Ministry of Defence login details: https://sts.defencegateway.mod.uk/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f
In the first instance, please contact the Defence COVID Vaccination Helpdesk via an MS forms - Enquiry Form-V2-20210426/.
If the Defence COVID Vaccination Helpdesk is unable to assist you, it may be necessary to escalate the issue to the Vaccine Data Resolution Service by calling 119.
(3) If your GP Practice is located outside of England
The NHS App is not available in:
• Scotland
• Wales
• Northern Ireland
• the Crown Dependencies
This is because their health services are devolved.
You can still use the NHS account via the NHS App or NHS.UK to get health advice, even if you live outside England. But you cannot access any GP services
