Why this happens
The NHS App shows information held by your GP practice.
If your name is wrong in the NHS App, it usually means your GP has the wrong name in their system.
What to do
Contact your GP and ask them to update your name.
After you’ve done this, there may be a delay before your updated home address is shown in the NHS App.
If you still see the wrong address
Check that your GP has synced with the personal demographics service (opens in new tab).
