If you have lost your smartphone, you will need to re-download the NHS App on a new device or access your account via NHS.UK. You will not need to re-register.
During the login process, you can select 'I do not have access to my mobile phone' to securely change the mobile number linked with your account. This change will take effect after 24 hours.
