Please follow the steps below:
If you are using an iOS device:
- Go to Settings -> General -> 'iPhone Storage' or 'iPad Storage'
- Locate the NHS App and delete the app. (This does not delete your account, just the App on your device)
- Install NHS App again from App Store
- Log in to the NHS App with your existing email address and password
- Re-enable biometric log in via the "More" menu. To do this go to More -> Touch ID / Face ID -> Log in with Touch ID / Face ID
If you are using an Android device:
- Go to Settings -> 'Apps' or 'Apps & Notifications'
- Locate the NHS App and delete the app. (This does not delete your account, just the App on your device)
- Install NHS App again from Play Store
- Log in to the NHS App with your existing email address and password
- Re-enable biometric log in via the "More" menu. To do this go to More -> Fingerprint -> Log in with fingerprint.
